"In World War II, she & her family risked their lives to help Jews escape from the Nazis, & their reward was a concentration camp... Only Corrie ten Boom survived to tell the story of how faith triumphed over evil, a story that would touch the hearts of millions. 'The hiding place' is a riveting page-turner describing how a middle-aged Dutch watchmaker became a heroine of the Resistance, a survivor of Hitler's concentration camps, & one of the most remarkable evangelists of the 20th century. After the events of 'The hiding place', Corrie ten Boom traveled thousands of miles & authored several books proclaiming one simple message: God's love can overcome, heal, & restore.". 20230427.
